By creating an account or using The Marriage Gap ("we", "us", "the platform"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you don't agree, please don't use the platform.

You're responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Some course content requires an active paid subscription. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless cancelled beforehand.

Payments are processed by Stripe. We don't store your full payment card details. Prices are shown before purchase and may change with notice.

You can cancel your subscription at any time; you'll retain access until the end of the current billing period.

When you subscribe, we grant you a personal, non-transferable license to access and view course content for your own learning. You may not redistribute, resell, or publicly share course materials.

Course content is owned by us or our instructors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.

Don't use the platform to share unlawful content, harass other users, attempt to circumvent access controls, or interfere with the platform's normal operation.

Forum posts and comments should stay respectful and on-topic. We may remove content or restrict accounts that violate this.

The platform is provided "as is". While we work to keep course content accurate and the service available, we don't guarantee uninterrupted access or that course content will meet every learning outcome.

To the extent permitted by law, we aren't liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the platform or by email. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
